Shipping, Returns & Contact

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you don't have an account, then email us at jdoliver@thesmokehouse.com. You may also contact us by phone, at 931-924-2091 and follow the menu to the gift shop. Ask for Paul or Kim.

Shipping

Please allow up to 72 hours between your order and order shipment. Please specify if you need your items as soon as possible and we will take the necessary steps to speed up your order and get it to you.

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday as our local UPS does not receive orders from us on either day.

We can ship to any address in the continental United States.
except Hawaii and Alaska. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Items unavailable on the website normally mean we are out of stock in-store. We only sell products from in-store so our availability is based on what is on hand. We can order items for you upon request, but the standard wait time for an ordered product may exceed two months time.

Meat orders placed after Wednesday will not ship until Monday to ensure the shortest time in transit. For overnight shipping arrangements, please contact us. All meats are vacuum packed to ensure safe transit without compromising the quality of the product, this meets shipping standards for perishable items. 

Please note, most of what we sell is glass, and we pack accordingly. Most orders will come in a large box due to packing materials necessary to get your items to you in one piece.
